Fresh out of the hospital, Rihanna looked absolutely stunning as she graced the blue carpet at the premiere of her first big screen movie project, Battleship.

 

 

Stopping for photos, the 24-year-old “Cake” diva rocked an all-white Adam Selman halter-dress with a strappy pair of white Manolo stiletto sandals.
