Kelly Rowland stopped by the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas to help Vegas Magazine celebrate their 9th anniversary.  The diva was featured on the magazine’s July issue as well.

Stopping to take pictures on the red carpet (along with a giant poster of her cover shoot), Kelly wore a beautiful green and black body con styled dress with an asymmetrical neckline.
