Rumor Has It: Jay Ellis Set To Replace Pooch Hall On The Game

A few days ago LMB revealed that word on the world wide web was that Lauren London had been picked to replace Tia Mowry on the BET mini-drama The Game. While recent reports of her addition to the show have been confirmed, we also just received word of who is set to take the place of Pooch Hall’s character on the show.

According to the LA Times and several industry birdies, 31-year-old NCIS actor Jay Ellis will join the cast of The Game as Bryce “The Blueprint” Westbrook, a.k.a. “Blue”.  His character to play the love interest opposite of Lauren London whose character happens to be a “former child star”.

A few weeks ago, Pooch Hall made a comment suggesting that he was not leaving The Game but with the two new additions to the cast we have to assume that Pooch will not be a member of the cast anymore, I mean how could you have Derwin on the show with no Melanie?
