New Music: Anita Baker Remakes Tyrese’s 1999 Hit “Lately”

Anita Baker is known for her signature tenor voice and her sultry soulful jazzy tracks.  With hits like Apologize, Caught Up In The Rapture and Giving You The Best That I’ve Got, Anita Baker will forever be one of the most remembered divas with a unique voice in music’s history.

Although she is not as mainstream as she once was, Anita is still pumping out great ‘brown liquor’ music as Steve Harvey likes to call it.  Her latest offering to the public comes in the form of a remake of Tyrese’s 1999 classic track Lately.  Putting her own twist on the single, Anita gives us her melodic version of the track to groove to.
