Janet Jackson and Her Nutri-System

A very slim Janet Jackson does a new commercial for Nutri-system.  By now you guys should already know how I feel about those “weight loss programs” so I won’t go on a rant about it.  It is no secret that Janet has had her struggles with weight during her career and I guess those issues have returned.  I honestly thought she looked fine but that is just my personal opinion.

I get that weight-loss and the obsession of being “skinny” is in now (I am a size 7 so I can talk) but I am starting to get a little concerned. I understand the need to look good especially when you are a celebrity, however, being a former size 0 I can tell you now that I have never been more happier with my curves and would die if I ever went back down to a size 0.

I understand the need to be healthy, however, skinny does not automatically equal to healthy.  You can be a size 0 and still be unhealthy.

Don’t get me wrong Janet looks fantastic in her new commercial I just hope that she puts some extra work in some new music like she is with these commercials.  I could really use some new music to add my “JJ Playlist” on my Ipod.
